Diving allows us to explore the fascinating underwater world and immerse ourselves in a realm filled with colors, shapes, and unique marine life. It’s a liberating feeling to glide weightlessly through the water, enjoying the silence and tranquility of the ocean’s depths.
Diving is not just a fascinating hobby that brings us closer to the beauty of the underwater world, but also a responsibility towards the fragile ecosystem we visit. The importance of sustainability in diving cannot be emphasized enough.
We love the underwater world, but we are only visitors down there and should treat this enviroment with respect and love.
The seas and oceans of our world dont only cover more than 70 per cent of it but are also more important to us than most of the people think.
In fact the oceans generate most of the oxigen we breathe and they are regulating our climate. On top of this the coral reefs are some of the most diverse and valuable ecosystems on this planet. And besides providing a home for 25% of all marine life, scientists are developing medication out of reef animals and plants to cure human diseases.
We are aware of the fact that scuba diving or snorklig can be harmful for the coral reefs and its inhabitants if actions are taken without being enviromentally friendly. So take this as a kindly reminder to not leave any trash in the sea, don’t touch any sea animals or corals and take care to not break corals while diving or swimming.
Most of the people we saw on our boat are respecting this rules, but we want to do more. Our vision is clear, we want to make sustainability a standard in diving tourism and thus make an essential contribution to the preservation of the underwater ecosystem.
Our goal is to make diving as enviromentally friendly as we can.
